Return Policy

At TESA Cigar Co. we want all of our customers to be confident that when purchasing a product from our Chicago Boutique that it is in unused and perfect condition. Many of our products are handmade and express a unique character of individual craftsmanship. Our Returns and Exchanges policy has been developed to protect both our client and ourselves. Please before making your purchase, be certain of your selections. If you need any assistance or additional information one of our trained sales associates will be happy to guide you through your purchase. The policy is as follows:

All sales are final. We do not accept any returns on tobacco. Items other than tobacco may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery if it is in unused, perfect condition, and in original packaging. Items with a manufacturing defect will be replaced by TESA Cigar Co.
